What is the best way to determine your ideal weight?
Are you over weight? Do you think you need to loose weight or gain weight? If you aren’t sure, view the height weight chart below too determine if you're on the right track when it comes to your weight. This table is a guide you may use to gauge your weight. You can also determine your body mass index (BMI) using the BMI chart on the right if you current weight falls outside of the ideal weight according to the chart.
