process by chewing your food longer than usual (break it down to almost a
liquid).
2 - Drink Water - Water assist
with moving waste through your system and aids in dissolving uric
acid and urea when remove from the kidney
3 - Eat More fiber foods- fiber foods moves quickly and relatively easily through your digestive tract and helps it function properly. A high-fiber diet may also help reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
4 - Drink Tea: green/ginger (Organic is the best – Why? It lack pesticides & growth hormones) - These teas cleanse and act as digestive aids (drink without sugar or sugar substitutes).
5 - Eat organic & all natural foods -
Add food to your diet that do not contain growth hormones, preservative,MSG,
additives, etc.) A true organic and all natural foods should not contain
these things
6 - Exercise - Exercise can come in many
form, you should do it any chance you get even if time is a factor. For
example: After a meal get on your feet and wash your dishes instead of
using the dish washer or go for a walk with a relative or friend;
Walk any chance you get, leave early for school, work, shopping or other destinations
and take the stairs, always walk from the longest distance possible to any
destination you are trying to get to; jog, swim, ride your bike; Go out dancing
friends and dance the night away understanding that you’re there for
enjoyment and most importantly, to get exercise; Play sports join a community
team, or school team. Most areas provide leagues to accommodate most age groups.
From 4 to 60 years of age;
Work out with light weights repeating many repetitions; Do what you enjoy a
lot and incorporate exercise.
